Who handles your information
ANTHOLOGY is operated by TWELFTH NIGHT LIMITED, Hong Kong. For questions about your information, contact vladimir@anthology.hk. This notice covers the enquiry and video-viewing forms on this website.
Information you provide
The forms collect your name, contact details, message, consent and, when selected, the yacht and requested viewing date and time. Please provide only the information needed to discuss your enquiry. No payment details are requested.
How it is used and stored
We use your details to respond, arrange viewings, provide requested services and follow up on your enquiry. Requests are stored in the ANTHOLOGY office system and are available to authorised team members. Hosting providers process the information to operate the website and office system; processing may take place outside your country.
Technical information
The enquiry service uses a daily hash of the network address to limit spam. Hosting services process technical request information needed to operate and secure the service. Yacht comparison choices are saved in your browser’s local storage; you can remove them by clearing the comparison or your browser’s site data.
Advertising measurement
We use the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure visits and successful enquiry submissions and understand the performance of our advertising. The provider may process browser and device information, page URLs, advertising identifiers and, when automatic advanced matching is enabled, supported contact identifiers hashed in your browser. Our lead event does not include your enquiry message. You can limit tracking through browser privacy controls or blocking tools.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information while it is needed for the enquiry and related business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your consent to further enquiry handling. We will explain if particular records need to be retained. You can contact us by email instead of using a form.
